Harptoons wants to ensure parents that no data is collected from minors electronically from this website or videos posted on You Tube. Harptoons will never target children to collect data for advertisers for any reason.

 

Harptoons does collect data on the following:

Teachers, Librarians, and Camp Counselors above the age of 15 that willingly enter information on the school visits page. These individuals do so under their own free will and can ask for their information to be removed by emailing steve(at)harptoons(dot)com and simply asking to no longer receive information about drawing presentations.

 

Parents and adults above the age of 15 that sign up for the Harptoons Newsletter served by Mail Chimp. Any person signs up for the newsletter does so of their own free will and can easily remove their names and email address from the newsletter at any time. Children will automatically be removed if discovered.

 

Harptoons wants to work with the FTC and honors the rules of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act or COPPA to protect children and to honor privacy of all those that visit Harptoons.
